You Victorians need to get over yourselves, maybe just maybe, the NSW restaurants are doing a better job. I'm from SA, and love our food too, but respect the work of these fine establishments. Loved the pics and the format. Thanks GT.

I currently live and was born and bred in Melbourne, and spent 10 years in Sydney from 1992. Melburnians need to travel more! Sydney restaurants are fantastic.

Congratulations to marque and all other winners, it doesn't matter about state rivalry its about the food, beverage, ambience and service that make a top restaurant. I'm a Victorian but know marque well having lived around the corner, sandwiched between billy Kong and bills2 it was always worth visiting and I'm glad it has received this honour!

hi, where did all the state rivalry come from? did i miss a comment thats been deleted? maybe - just maybe, the NSW are doing a better job! pretty hard to argue with the winners list above. im just unhappy that i have to travel to go to these places.......

I don't know how Absynthe in Qld made the top 100 - there is a 100 restaurants in Qld betetr than them in many ways..
