Review:

This is by far the best Italian deli I've been to in Sydney: gracious and accomodating staff, great selection of salume and other cuts (porcetta, jamon iberico, prosciutto di parma), lesser known dried pastas and a wealth of other Italian bits and pieces. A must stop.
