Best street food vendor in Hoi An. Mr Phan is located in the street food tent close to the river in the old quarter of Hoi An. Look for his sign amongst the other vendors that are all gathered together and tuck into his steamed fish in a bannana leaf and his beef with chilli and lemongrass. He also makes lovely deep fried spring rolls to begin. He serves cold Saigon beer to compliment and 2 people can eat and drink well for around 6 Euro.
