Years ago I found the perfect starter in an old Gourmet magazine. It was asparagus with a crunchy salsa topping which consisted of parsley, hazelnuts or almonds and sundried tomatoes among other things. I've lost the recipe and have never been able to replicate. Does anyone have this recipe as it was fabulous?
