I am hoping someone may have a recipe. There is an old recipe around suggesting cooking in the pressure cooker without the wobbler on top. Would love some help.

Hi John, I believe that a Christmas pudding can be cooked in a pressure cooker with the lid not fastened or alternately a saucepan is fine. See this link to a recipe for a Christmas Pudding
