Chui Lee Luk, chef, Claude's


Malaysian-born Chui Lee Luk studied law before turning to the kitchen. She is the fourth chef-owner of Claude’s, the small temple to gastronomy that has drawn diners to the top of Oxford Street in Sydney’s Woollahra for more than 30 years. The menu takes in elements of Asian and other influences in a personal, often cerebral exploration of French cuisine.
