Does anyone know a good supplier of dry aged beef in Sydney, inner west? Have been looking and can't find anything.

Not sure about inner-west. Best dry aged beef I know of is Sydney Butcher Boys in Castlecrag. He's got a website, check it out for yourself and see if you wanna make the trip up there.

You could try www.100milebeef.com.au and get a delivery.
Traditional dry age and great taste.
