Icebergs First Day of Summer Party returns for 2016

Mixing deep Bondi tans, glitz and glamour, say hello to summer at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar's 14th annual First Day of Summer Party. Maurice Terzini's Italian institution will open its doors to the public on the evening of 1 December to herald the start of party season with drinks, canapés and those unbeatable views.

Saffron and mozzarella arancini; bruschetta of Hiramasa kingfish, kohlrabi and anchovy, as well as Icebergs' signature polenta chips will circle the room, matching what is sure to be litres of Aperol spritz and Perrier-Jouët sparkling wine by the glass.

Tunes will be provided by DJs Ben Fester, Parihaka, Pink Lloyd and Kali.

Icebergs First Day of Summer Party, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, 1 Notts Avenue, Bondi Beach, Thursday 1 December, 7pm. See idrb.com/icebergs-x-first-day-summer/
