Nespresso-spiked Negronis, our charming host Chris Bath and a modern Asian-leaning feast from chef Ryan Hong were just some of the highlights from the 2016 Gourmet Traveller Australian Hotel Awards at the Primus Hotel Sydney. 

The cream of the Australian travel industry was in attendance, including our team of dedicated reviewers, travel editors, influencers and hoteliers, along with our friends and proud sponsors Nespresso.

The awards coincide with the release of the 2016 Gourmet Traveller Australian Hotel Guide, published with the June edition of the magazine, on sale now.
