The Gourmet Traveller x Sorry Thanks I Love You Christmas Boutique opens on 20 November, and with the help of the country’s best chefs, sommeliers and producers, it’s a feast for all occasions.

Start with Eat Me’s Ho Ho Ho chutney, a perfect match for ham. Then hit the chocolate – perhaps Sweet Stone’s fudgy brigadeiros.

These are just some of the specialty goods you’ll find at the Gourmet Traveller Christmas Boutique, our second collaboration with Sydney store Sorry Thanks I Love You (STILY). Open until Christmas Eve, the shop has gathered our favourite producers under the one roof for your shopping pleasure.

We’ve also recruited some of the nation’s top restaurant talents, including chefs Jock Zonfrillo of Orana, Mat Lindsay of Ester, Josh Niland of Saint Peter, and Danielle Alvarez of Fred’s, along with Fred’s sommelier Caitlyn Rees to nominate their favourite kitchen staples. You’ll want it all – the olive oil, the coffee, the batched cocktails, honey, sauces, books and more.

Tastings, workshops and events will have you prepped to tackle Christmas in style, too. The GT team will host a one-night celebration of festive food and flavour, with advice on table decoration, and how to cure salmon and make sparkling peach jelly. DRNKS has the lowdown on natural wine; Seedlip, PS40 and Ballsy Brewing talk party mixers; and Four Pillars and Olsson’s host a Dirty Martini workshop.

When you visit either store, you can also enter our charity raffle for cancer hospital Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, and be in the draw to win a limited-edition print by Allie Webb, created specially for the pop-up.

The GT x STILY Christmas Boutique runs until 24 December at Sorry Thanks I Love You, 140 George St, The Rocks, NSW, and GPO Building, ground floor, No 1 Martin Pl, Sydney, NSW. Shop online at sorrythanksiloveyou.com/gourmettraveller
