Join us for GT's boutique cruise dinner

Join us for a special dinner hosted by boutique cruise specialist Silversea to toast the launch of its flagship, Silver Muse, the latest in luxe ocean travel.
Silversea Cruises have announced the launch of its new flagship, Silver Muse, which now heads its fleet of boutique cruise ships and will see passengers travelling in the lap of luxury.

To mark the occasion and announce Silver Muse's inaugural sailings to Australian waters and subsequent Asia-Pacific voyages, Silversea is hosting a special dinner at Potts Point favourite Paper Bird.
Fittingly, the team at Paper Bird have extended their menu from the modern Korean that made their previous restaurant, Moon Park, a hit to include the cuisines of East Asia.

The banquet-style dinner will see yukhoebap, a Korean tartare served in a rice bowl, alongside the signature shrimp-brined chicken wings - a firm favourite with the restaurant's loyal followers. At the sweet end of the deal Korea's shaved-ice dessert is joined by Japanese cheesecake with yuzu curd.
Book your passage for what promises to be a memorable evening of flavour and savour.
