Guava Colada

This pale pink cocktail is an intriguing twist on the Piña Colada.

Serves 2



125 ml   Havana Club golden rum
125 ml   guava juice
60 ml   coconut cream
40 ml   double cream
2 cups   crushed ice
2   slices of guava, to serve


1 Combine all ingredients in a blender until thick and frothy, then pour into glasses, place a guava slice on rims and serve immediately.
