Gusto Italian Australian cooking day at Sydney Seafood School

This month sees the return of Gusto, the annual festa held by the Council of Italian Restaurants in Australia. Catch Armando Percuoco, Lucio Galletto, Giovanni Pilu and the cream of Italian-Australian cooking in a day of food and wine masterclasses and tastings at the Sydney Seafood School in Pyrmont on Sunday 12 September. Individual sessions are $55, and a full-day pass is $200.
