Help with cake recipe

Hi all,
I want to make this cake for my wife's birthday this coming weekend, to have it after lunch on Saturday.

Which part or parts could I make on Thursday night to ensure I have enough time on Friday to get it finished and have time for it to set?

I would bake the biscuit base (Method Step 1), and if you have time complete the process for the cake base (Method Step 2). The remainder of the recipe must be completed to the final cake, as the gelatine will set. You cannot easily make the mango or the mascapone ahead, and then later use them for the cake.
I have not made this cake, that's just from my reading of the recipe. Good luck.
