Hey All,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a great place to get authentic Merguez sausage in Melbourne? Haven't been able to find any! Thanks.

Our family has been looking too as my grandparents used to make their own! Very hard to find. Mecca bar used to have term on their menu but I'm guessing that you want to cook these at home. Try asking around at Mediterranean areas like Coburg, perhaps.

As Mel said Try Jonathans in Collingwood, he makes the best Merquez Sausage, and depending where you live if you have a Maxi Food store near you, we have one in Upper Ferntree Gully, they also stock Jonathans sausages. You will not regret it.

La Parisienne is Lygon street Carlton makes Merguez to die for. I don't live in Melbourne, but always grab a couple of kilos when I'm in town to take home with me. All my friends are addicted to them as well.
