Undoubtedly Australia’s most visible ambassador for good cooking, the foundation of Neil Perry's multidisciplinary empire was Sydney’s Rockpool. Joined by Rockpool Bar & Grill at Crown in Melbourne, the original Sydney fine-diner has now morphed into the seafood-focused Rockpool (fish), but Perry’s influence on what we eat in restaurants and beyond remains undiminished, as does his commitment to excellence in food.
