Orange Bramble

Serves 1



¼   orange
1 tbsp   fresh raspberries, or 10ml raspberry purée
50 ml   Beefeater gin
3 tsp   lemon juice
3 tsp   sugar syrup
20 ml   Grand Marnier
To garnish:   curl of orange zest


1 Muddle orange with raspberries in a heavy-based tumbler. Half-fill the glass with crushed ice, then stir in gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup until well-combined. Add Grand Marnier, stir once more, garnish with orange zest and serve.
