Over the past 12 months I have become on organic convert. Chemically assisted wines just don't cut it anymore. Look at Thistle Hill from Mudgee and Rock Ferry from NZ for stylish elegant wines that provide a more honest representation of varietal and terrior.

I'd be careful drinking them around terriors, though. They can give you a nasty nip.

We wouldnt consider drinking anything except bio dynamic /organic wines. There is a wide variety of lovely wines out in the market. I usually get mine from Victoria Market .

Here are some more brands to explore
Millton from NZ - unbelievable wine and recognised world leaders. They have another brand called Crazy by Nature, Cosmo Red and Shotberry Chardonnay but it sells out almost as soon as it hits Australian Shores. Randalls in Albert Park might have some? Further afield imports Klur from Alsace Moillard Viognier from France Sometimes very limited and hard to find but I do know they are at Acland Cellars in Acland St, St Kilda. cheers and ciao
