Pork Crackling

Hello!
I would love to slow roast a pork shoulder but would crackling be impossible to achieve with a small Miele oven with a top temperature 200oC?

Hi Melanie,

If you have a grill function on your oven, roast the pork as per normal then finish off on the grill.

Hi I am trying a recipe Yum Mai Thai a crispy dried squid salad and am having trouble getting the squid crispy. Should I deep fry then crumble help .
