Your Restaurant of the Year
Gourmet Traveller and SIGNÉ invite you to vote for your favourite restaurant for the chance to win an exclusive cocktail and fine-dining experience.
You’ve been known to Twitter your way through every course at Tetsuya’s and you have Vue de Monde’s reservation line on speed dial. You are a restaurant addict. Indulge your addiction by casting your vote for what you think is Australia’s best restaurant in our Australian Gourmet Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards, in association with our sponsor SIGNÉ, the boutique drinks division of Pernod Ricard Australia.
While the Gourmet reviewers have handed out their awards in the 2010 Restaurant Guide, here is your chance to have a say and nominate your favourite dining experience.
Vote for your favourite restaurant by making a selection from the Restaurant Guide’s top 100 restaurants. Not only will you have the opportunity to unleash your inner restaurant critic, but you’ll also be in the running to win a spectacular prize from SIGNÉ.
THE PRIZES INCLUDE:
A cocktail and gourmet experience for two people with SIGNÉ resident mixologist Ben Davidson at one of Australian Gourmet Traveller’s top 100 restaurants. The prize package includes a two-hour private lesson on making the perfect cocktail (valued at $500 per person); a dégustation dinner for two in Sydney with matching wines and spirits; and overnight accommodation and breakfast for two in a deluxe grand harbour view room at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney.
Two runners-up will each receive a hamper of premium wines and spirits from SIGNÉ, including Cuvée Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, Church Road Cabernet Merlot, and Beefeater 24, the premium gin available exclusively from restaurants and bars.
Voting opens 26 August and closes 30 October; winners will be announced in our January 2010 issue.
So get out there and start eating (start at 100 and work your way through the list), then enter the competition by casting your vote and telling us, in 25 words or less, why your chosen restaurant is a favourite.
