Analiese Gregory's RADISH AND PRESERVED LEMON SALAD

Analiese Gregory has an impressive track record, having worked internationally at the likes of The Ledbury in London and Le Meurice in Paris. She was also a senior member of the brigade at Quay for five years, and has since partnered with Mitch Orr, heading the kitchen at Acme in Sydney's Rushcutters Bay. She's soon to open Bar Brosé in Darlinghurst.
