You'll need

45 ml Bacardi rum 30 ml lychee purée (see note) 30 ml ruby grapefruit juice Dash of Campari

Method

  • 01
  • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Half fill with ice, shake vigorously until icy cold (8-10 seconds). Strain into a glass and serve.
Note Lychee purée is fresh or canned lychees that have been blended and strained.
