You'll need

90 ml dry white wine 30 ml Aperol 2 green Cerignola olives, a little of the brine reserved Thinly peeled rind of 1 orange 30 ml soda water, or to taste

Method

  • 01
  • Combine wine, Aperol, olives, brine and orange peel in a tumbler filled with ice cubes, top with soda and serve.
