50 mltequila30 mlfresh pineapple juice20 mllime juice15 mlmaraschino liqueur10 mlagave syrupA fewdrops of bittersTo garnish:pineapple leaves and mint sprigs
Fill a shaker with ice, add tequila, juices, maraschino liqueur and agave syrup, and shake hard and long. Taste for balance and adjust as necessary. Strain into a chilled stemmed glass and add a few drops of bitters. Garnish with pineapple leaves and mint sprigs and serve.
