Oso Goloso


"Greedy Bear" is the nickname of Alen Nikolovski, bartender at The Cliff Dive and Tio's. (He also answers to "King Shaka", though sadly that name is yet to inspire a cocktail.)

You'll need

50 ml tequila 30 ml fresh pineapple juice 20 ml lime juice 15 ml maraschino liqueur 10 ml agave syrup A few drops of bitters To garnish: pineapple leaves and mint sprigs

Method

  • 01
  • Fill a shaker with ice, add tequila, juices, maraschino liqueur and agave syrup, and shake hard and long. Taste for balance and adjust as necessary. Strain into a chilled stemmed glass and add a few drops of bitters. Garnish with pineapple leaves and mint sprigs and serve.
