This pale pink cocktail is an intriguing twist on the Piña Colada.

Ingredients

125 ml Havana Club golden rum

125 ml guava juice

60 ml coconut cream

40 ml double cream

2 cups crushed ice

2 slices of guava, to serve

Method

Main

1.Combine all ingredients in a blender until thick and frothy, then pour into glasses, place a guava slice on rims and serve immediately.
