Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp each wheatgerm and protein powder (available from health food stores)
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 225 ml skim or whole milk

- 1Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then transfer smoothie to a tall glass and serve immediately.
