You'll need

½ lime, for rubbing, plus 30ml lime juice 45 ml tequila blanco 10 ml sugar syrup 2 dashes Tabasco To fill: Coca-Cola

  • Rub the rim of a stemmed beer glass with lime half (reserve lime), then dip in salt, shaking off excess. Add tequila, lime juice, sugar syrup and Tabasco, then add ice. Fill with Coca-Cola, garnish with reserved lime half and serve.
