- 20 ml Herradura tequila blanco
- 20 ml Aperol
- 20 ml Averna
- 3 dashes The Bitter Truth celery bitters

- 1Muddle lemon wedges in a cocktail shaker, half fill with ice, add remaining ingredients, cover, shake vigorously until well-chilled, double-strain into a wine glass and serve.
