Ingredients

  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 20 ml Herradura tequila blanco
  • 20 ml Aperol
  • 20 ml Averna
  • 3 dashes The Bitter Truth celery bitters

    Muddle lemon wedges in a cocktail shaker, half fill with ice, add remaining ingredients, cover, shake vigorously until well-chilled, double-strain into a wine glass and serve.
