Ingredients

1 egg

30 ml Don Julio tequila blanco

15 ml Yellow Chartreuse

15 ml Jägermeister

15 ml sugar syrup

Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Method

Main

1.Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and half fill with ice. Shake hard until well chilled and very frothy, strain through a fine strainer into a wine glass, dust with nutmeg and serve.
