Elderflower G & T

You'll need

30 ml gin 3 tsp elderflower liqueur Splash of bitters To top up: tonic To serve: thinly sliced Lebanese cucumber and edible flowers, such as borage

  • Fill a glass with ice, add gin, elderflower and a splash of bitters, then top up with tonic. Garnish with cucumber and edible flowers and serve.
