Ingredients

1 pitted fresh cherry

30 ml Amaro Montenegro

30 ml rye whiskey

1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

To garnish: fresh or jarred morello cherry

Method

Main

1.Muddle cherry in a Boston glass or cocktail shaker, then add remaining ingredients except garnish, fill with plenty of ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass, add a cherry and serve.
