You'll need

45 ml dry gin 45 ml freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice 15 ml Campari To serve: chilled soda water To serve: thinly sliced ruby grapefruit

Method

  • 01
  • Pour gin into a well-chilled tumbler, then add grapefruit juice and Campari and stir to combine. Add a slice of grapefruit, top with crushed ice and serve.
