60 ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin 15 ml dry vermouth 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice cubes.

  • Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass.

  • Stir to chill and dilute (20-30 seconds), then taste to check the dilution before serving.

  • Strain into a chilled coupette or Martini glass.

  • Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
