Good news, soup dumpling fans - Din Tai Fung is expanding its empire full steam ahead, opening another Sydney restaurant at Broadway Shopping Centre this August. 

As part of Mirvac's redevelopment of Broadway, Din Tai Fung will open in a new redeveloped food district. It will be the seventh Din Tai Fung in Sydney, located less than 10 minutes walk from the Central Park location. 

Din Tai Fung is renowned for its careful craftsmanship: each of their signature xiao long bao dumplings are made to order. The pastry is weighed out between 4.8 to 5.2 grams, then filled to between 20.8 to 21.2 grams with pork mince and stock, and are then steamed for exactly three mintues. Test them out at Broadway soon.

Din Tai Fung will open at Broadway Shopping Centre, 1 Bay St, Sydney, NSW, in August.
