Taste of Townsville, Queensland

Sunday 12 September is the kick-off date for a new food festival, Taste of Townsville, to be held on the grounds of Jupiters Hotel. A dozen local restaurants will be offering tasting-sized versions of their dishes, showcasing the best of the region’s produce. Admission to the event, which is organised as a fundraiser for the Townsville Festival of Chamber Music, is $75, which covers all food and wine for the day.
