Tequila Gimlet

“This is a great spin on the traditional gimlet, substituting tequila for the gin,” says Julian Serna, bartender at Sydney’s Sean’s Kitchen. “It is reminiscent of a Margarita without the agave salt and pepper-sharpness.” [pictured right]

Serves 1



50 ml   Don Julio Reposado tequila
10 ml   lime juice
10 ml   lime cordial


1 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or bar glass half-filled with ice, shake well, strain into a frosty cocktail glass and serve.
