Tetsuya’s is perhaps the Australian restaurant that is most famous outside Australia. Tetsuya Wakuda moved to Sydney more than 20 years ago, and his first work in restaurants was washing dishes. It would be something of an understatement to say that he has come a long way since, and his brand of French-Japanese degustation dining sees Tetsuya’s at the top of best-restaurant lists at home and abroad year after year.
