Ying Sling

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Bacardi rum
  • 30 ml lychee purée (see note)
  • 30 ml ruby grapefruit juice
  • Dash of Campari

Method

  • 1
    Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Half fill with ice, shake vigorously until icy cold (8-10 seconds). Strain into a glass and serve.

Notes

Lychee purée is fresh or canned lychees that have been blended and strained.
