Ying Sling

Tetsuya Wakuda: Ying Sling

Serves 1



45 ml   Bacardi rum
30 ml   lychee purée (see note)
30 ml   ruby grapefruit juice
Dash   of Campari


1 Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Half fill with ice, shake vigorously until icy cold (8-10 seconds). Strain into a glass and serve.

Note Lychee purée is fresh or canned lychees that have been blended and strained.
