Step foot onto the rooftop at The London and you’ll be transported by far-reaching views of West Hollywood and LA from 10 floors up. This is more of a chill-out zone than a rampant soiree, but the rooftop terrace is fitted out with poolside cabanas, sun beds and a separate dining area. They also fire up a few fire pits come dusk.

Complete with a sleek teak deck and underwater speakers, the pool is surrounded by comfy lounge chairs and walls covered in vines. Bar service is available from the adjacent SkyBar so drinks flow from day, right into the night when the pool lights up with swinging lanterns.

The Private Rooftop Club Pool at the Petit Ermitage reflects the sensibilities of the Mediterranean. Dip your feet into the saltwater pool as candles are lit at dusk and gaze on as the sun disappears into the hills.
