Two hotels got double gongs from readers: Crown Towers in Melbourne was judged Best City Hotel and Best Hotel Spa; Lake House in Daylesford, Victoria, won Best Hotel Restaurant and Best Regional Hotel. Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa has readers' vote for Best Hotel Pool.

Runner-up Kate Angel, of Adelaide, wins a Nespresso Breville Inissia Ruby Red with an Aeroccino3 milk frother.
