Tristan is a food writer with over 20 years of experience who has recently returned to Sydney after a few years running his own farm in the NSW Southern Tablelands. As well as Gourmet Traveller, his work is regularly published by The Guardian, Delicious, Broadsheet, and the Good Food Guide. Tristan also works as a recipe developer and copywriter for a range of different organisations. When he’s not eating at a restaurant, Tristan can be found at his local farmer’s market procuring ingredients for his latest fermentation experiment, or foraging for wild food in a forest, park or shoreline.
