I have just opened a restaurant. The food is under control, but we are having a hard time with waiters. How can I find a good batch of waiters?

The unfortunate reality is that there are just not enough good, experienced waiters around. Even for top-end restaurants.
Interviewing is only part of the proccess and will hopefully weed out the time wasters. Once you find someone with a decent work ethic, basic waiting skills and acceptable communication skills – training is the key.
