A crisp Negroni Blanc on the patio is a refreshing way to ease into the four-course offering at this Barossa favourite - especially when the weather is fine. Inside, the view over Peter Lehmann Wines' grapevines can still be admired and long-standing staff members are knowledgeable about the region's produce and winemakers. Bold flavours are presented  sensitively, with inspiration from chef Ryan Edwards' time in Japan showing in the kitchen. Citrus-cured kingfish is delicately plated with paper-thin slivers of radish, avocado purée and finger lime. Kimchi elevates a pan-fried fillet of snapper and tender, charred squid. Paired wines provide an educational journey through local and international drops - Milhinch Wines fortified shiraz from the Barossa to go with your bittersweet chocolate, dark berries and cherry sorbet dessert, for instance. Indulge by staying the night at The Louise vineyard retreat.
