Ingredients

  • 60 ml The West Winds Sabre gin
  • 15 ml yuzu juice
  • 15 ml rose syrup
  • 4 dashes Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
  • 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
  • ½ eggwhite
  • To garnish: candied dehydrated orange wheel and an edible flower

    Shake ingredients without ice, then shake well with ice. Strain into a short glass and fill with ice.
