A bar cart staple, gin is the hero ingredient of many popular cocktails including the classic martini and G&T. But perhaps it’s time to move beyond the basics and put your at-home bartending skills to the test. To help you discover the true potential gin has to offer, Tim Phillips, previous World Class Bartender of the Year and owner of Bulletin Place Sydney, has created three gin concoctions with a grapefruit twist.

Start with a bottle of Tanqueray No. Ten gin, and let these recipes inspire your next Friday night drinks in.
