Campbell’s Superior Meats in West Pymble, NSW has taken home the coveted title of Best Bacon, beating 125 other entries to bag the top honours, the judges describe it as having an “excellent and neat appearance and great salty smoke profile.” Coffs Harbour’s Big Country Meats n Foods got the gold gong in the full rasher category.
