Good Food & Wine Show, Brisbane

Three days of food and wine is heading north.

Good Food & Wine Show, Brisbane

The annual Good Food & Wine Show will descend upon Brisbane for three days from Friday 28 October. The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre will host this celebration of the best in food and drink that Australia has to offer, with over 200 local, national and international exhibitors.

Matt Moran, Miguel Maestre and Gary Mehigan will lead the way, cooking live for audiences and sharing the stage with culinary experts in the Good Food Theatre.

A cellar door experience will be had at The Riedel Drinks Lab in conjunction with Spiegelau, where attendees will pick up tips on the basics of wine tasting to pairing wine with the perfect glass.

On the floor, take a jaunt down Tucker’s Natural Cheese Alley to discover your new favourite cheese from the likes of a floral lavender cheese from Ashgrove Cheese or an indulgent Triple Cream Brie from Coal River Farm. Meander around Artisan Square learning from and meeting boutique producers like the cheesemakers from the critically acclaimed Bruny Island Cheese Co. Finally, point your compass toward Brewers Lane for a cold craft beer from breweries like Brisbane’s own Newstead Brewing Co.

The Brisbane leg of the Good Food & Wine Show runs from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 October at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. For more information or to buy tickets, see goodfoodshow.com.au.
