Ever wanted to know how to use saltbush? Not sure if you're cooking fish properly? Do you have a passion for Japanese cuisine that needs an outlet? Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn from Australia's best - Gourmet Institute is back for 2018. Bringing together some of our favourite chefs, the series gets you close to the action with cooking demonstrations at Harvey Norman stores, tastings and helpful tips - plus plenty of snacks and drinks along the way, of course. This year Tyrrell's Wines will be pouring drinks to match each chef's dishes.

Kicking off the series, Guillaume Brahimi will guide Francophiles through creating your very own French dinner party at home, while Guy Grossi will recreate the flavours and aromas of Rome's signature dishes. Other highlights include Ben Shewry's tips on planning and hosting a killer house party, Dan Hong's secrets to crafting an extravagant Chinese banquet and insights from Jock Zonfrillo of Orana, GT's Restaurant of the Year, on cooking with native Australian ingredients. Find the full line-up below and see the Gourmet Institute website for more info. See you in the kitchen.
