Pomegranate and White Wine Sangria

Cocktail Class with Alexx Swainston

A refreshing carafe cocktail, easy to make and serve as a gorgeous aperitif at your next summer do.




1.Add the lemon and pomegranate juices, white wine, white rum and sugar syrup into the 1 litre size carafe with the mint leaves and pieces of fruit. Mix and top with ice just as guests arrive. Pour into wine glasses and enjoy!

Note To double the quantity and serve 12, place into 1.5 litre carafe without ice, refrigerate for an hour & serve into wine glasses half filled with ice.
